NO RESPONSE, emailed them again about 2 weeks later, no response, emailed them from my personal email, no response. Asked for an update or refund please. Nothing. Called their number, every time it is busy and now its disconnected, not working. Says Hours: 7 days a week, 24 hours online Phone: +XXX-XXXXXXX BUT has been two months now with no response nor products, no tracking information, NOTHING.

they took my money and never shipped the product...I reached out numerous times with no reply from them...I want a refund and I filed a complaint with both Pay Pal and Revdex.com

We ordered a hoodie from HDK Love April 11th. We emailed them to see what method of shipping so we can track item but never heard back from them. Then we saw the complaints on Revdex.com and realized we may not get this item. We tried to call the number that is listed which is not a working number. The tracking number we eventually did get is still saying it is in "pre-shipping" and has stayed at that status for the next 3 weeks. I am working with my credit card company to try to get my money back. For the folks reading this be aware that the HDK Love business address is also tied to several other online only stores and those don't even bother listing a phone number. Just to save folks time some of the others are www.fashionandtaste.com, https://www.froourhouse.com, www.weinfashion.com and www.thelcy.com. The best defense from them I feel is just to not purchase anything being sold out of this street address. I am sticking to Amazon Prime as they have never let us down. ***I am forced to leave a star rating otherwise there would be NO stars

Order placed on 3/2/20 and haven't heard a thing about when it will be delivered. They sure took my money fast but apparently they they are slow to deliver. Today is 4/9/20.

I was unable to leave them a message on their "24 hr, 7 days a week" site nor do they answer the telephone number for that address. They call that customer service? No star rating worthy.

Placed in order in January still haven't received it emailed the company got one back stating that it's on back order due to high demand if I could wait a little longer I would receive it I have waited over a month since and nothing. I have sent 2 more emails and tried calling and nothing. My son had saved up his allowance for the outfit and is upset he hasnt gotten it.

Purchased order online for a Sweatshirt, and never received any confirmation of the order except from the receipt from PayPal. I reached out the the company 4 times over a 2 week period and did not receive a response from the company. I ended up having to file a claim with PayPal so I can get my money back. PayPal is still in the process of completing the claim.
