Review: Sales person was not professional and when I didn't agreed with his approached he got upset. I said thank you for your help and ended the call. Another sales rep called back my house phone and asked to explain again my situation and when I said its ok, we are no longer interested. The guy said " go [redacted] yourself". I have never deal with a business like this one.Desired Settlement: I just want other customers to be aware of there services.

We did not put any money down and did not feel right defrauding a bank so we returned the car, got our paperwork and went elsewhere.

Review: I purchased a 2007 Dodge Durango from Priceless Automotive, LLC on July 25, 2013. There are several issues with the vehicle. I took the vehicle to the dealer and they are no longer in business. I also contacted the warranty company and they have no record of my purchase. I later found out that the money I paid for the warranty and the paperwork was never sent to the warranty company.Desired Settlement: I would like the vehicle to be replaced, fixed or have the warranty validated. I don't have available funds to fix the necessary repairs which include a clunking noise when brake is applied. Vehicle had doors replaced which is possible that the vehicle was wrecked. Also the brake line over the sway bar is being cut into by the sway bar. When a bump is hut, the vehicle acts like it wants to fish tail. The left back tire is rubbing against the inner fender well. I paid $2,500.00 warranty.

Review: We recently were dealing with Priceless Automotive to shop for a new car. As the one we had was totaled in a car accident. They told us we had to pay our deductible up front to them in order to get another loan. They frintrd us the 500.00 dollars and within a week we payed it back. But they would not give me a receipt. We found out from the loan company that our deductible was never received from priceless. They were going to call them. We then also found out that the last car we bought there in 2013 we had a trade in on, we never got the money for that trade in off the vehicle. They told us they did and did not. We are very upset with this company. It seems to us like they are pocketing a good bit of money.Desired Settlement: We would like the refund of the money of the truck that they took on trade in and we never received that money off the new car.

Review: I bought a car January 28th 20013. It is a 2005 cadallic sts. Within two months the converter has gone on the car, the raido stopped working, there is a whole underneath the car,and the rear passenger window will not stay up. After taking it back to the dealership they have decided within only six months of having the car to only fix the window. The people I have had to deal with were very nice to me when buying the car. And now have decided to not be so nice screaming a yelling at me. I do beleive codes were cleared on this car before selling it.Desired Settlement: I would like them to find me a car that is not going to brake down in 6 months of buying one. Also to treat me with respect.
