I purchased shoes two days ago and my transaction was declined. After checking my bank statement today though, the $100+ dollar charge was still processed on my account. I called HDO Sports and they had no record of this, meaning I had to contact my bank to resolve this problem. I would not recommend the HDO Sports service.
I placed an order on April 26th and the item hasn't even shipped yet. Their communication is horrible, and their phone goes unanswered. I requested a refund via email, and they have failed to respond. I've registered a complaint through Amazon Pay. Do not place an order with this company
I ordered a [redacted] equine heart rate monitor for my wife to use with her horse. The company delivered a much less expensive monitor meant for humans and has refused to arrange shipment of an equine monitor or do an exchange. I believe this is a bait and switch.
