Most of our products ship within 12-hrs or 5-days and all of our lead-times are listed per item Anything beyond that would be considered a Special Order and we follow the manufacturers return policyOur lead times are based on the manufacturers production of that item, this customer
purchased an item with a 21-day lead timeThis is basically because it is not a stock item and that is why the item cannot be returned Unfortunately, all of AFCO brackets and pieces are made for the AFCO products only, they will not work with another brandIf this had been a stock item we would have had no problem returning it
The item had a 21-day lead-time and that time frame should make you aware that it is not a stock item Again, if it was a stock item there would not have been a delayed lead-time
