Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because [redacted] is not telling the truth[redacted] DAMAGED MY COMPUTER...I have several computer techs who support what I am saying Regards, [redacted] ***

The customer damaged her *** ** *** ( A relevant new one) last year around middle of MarchShe ruined the computer buy damaged all of the three USB portsWe trade in this damaged laptop by selling her a new *** ***The customer didn't registered for warranty in timely manner until she
messed up the laptop screen after month of useShe came back to our store for warranty of the laptop which is commonly handled by manufacturerAfter we explained to her how the warranty works she stopped me shipping the laptop to *** for warranty repairWe charged her labor cost only to repair her laptop screen.On March 19, she came back again she told me the laptop fail to start unless she tilt the laptop to a certain angleWe determined that her laptop has been damaged again after careful examinationThe latch that locks up the power cable to the motherboard has been damaged and the two pieces of the screw bolt bases on the top-panel have been damaged too. We clearly told her that her trouble with the laptop is because the damageAnd, the repair of the laptop may cost more than the current market value of the laptop.The damage of her laptop is nothing to do with any warranty at allShe agreed with me and took her laptop back on March 23rd.Unfortunately she filed this complain to Revdex.com somehow.She traded in *** *** due to the damage last yearShe damaged *** ***s screen after month useShe damaged the critical parts this time make the repair unreasonableShe need to responsible for her own damage of her laptop.*** *** **

If somebody have disease bounded to die but the patient has been sent to hospital anyway. Unfortunately, the patient died at hospital. The family should blame the hospital?It is a similar case when a customer damaged her own computer the customer find computer repair store. If the store tell the customer it doesn't worth to fix due to the cost and the computer doesn't work should the owner blame the computer store?Everyone who has normal judgement should stop complaining the computer store.I wish this is my last response, we don't want to waste our time to deal with somebody who has too much time and totally has no clue what is she is talking about.Why she send the computer to a computer repair store? What is the logic?
