Requested an Ultraguard be installed on motorhome There was a 24" gap, so a 20" guard was ordered since install required a 4" gap between guard and ground Was expecting no gap on top since all pictures and reviews showed that it should be as far back as possible and no gap at top They cut the guard down to 13" with a 6" gap on bottom and a 1/2" gap on top No calls were made to me to advise that they were having a problem installing it No consultations were made prior to cutting 7" off the guard We could have ordered a smaller guard at less cost The gaps are unacceptable The purpose of a guard is to block accessibility of road debris from hitting towed vehicle The excessive gaps limit the ability of the guard to do its job Also requested Invisibrake be installed on tow car (Honda CR-V) The Invisibrake (under driver's seat) is not very "invisible" and could be moved forward 1/2" so that it will not be kicked by a rear passenger, but was not installed as su
