website where our prices are clearly stated $per hour per
housekeeperWhen speaking on the phone most people want a idea of
the price, a sq foot apt would be approx to hours clean
$to $Housekeepers were told the clients were on a budget

the phone (after arriving client told they moved into a dirty home
that was never cleaned in the first place)Job was going to be at
least hours and *** and I agreed to split the difference in
price ($which in the end was waived also) and if the housekeepers
ran out of time to let *** know what was not finished so she
could do it herself because of the budgetThere were some things
that were left undone, the apt was filthy, time constraints and
budget wouldn't allow us to finish Client teme earlier and
didn't want the housekeepers to continue cleaning if she couldn't
pay*** and I did some texting discussing the hours and I
explained it was a to job with housekeepers it takes half the
timeThe housekeepers started approx at am and left after three pm
which would have been an hour job totalI was told *** did
the walk through with the housekeepers, was happy and paid them $
the original price quoted
The job should have been charged $
for the time spent, client was charged the original quoted price of
$I even waived the extra hour which she agreed to payI feel
the housekeepers went above and beyond with their time spent, client
was not charged for the extra time
Now the husband is calling me wanting
to have an adult conversation, a one sided conversation I might add,
would not let me speak to try and solve the problem he just wants his
money back or he's going to file a complaintHe has left several
harassing messagesI feel we worked within the budget put to us and
went over and beyond with our free time and to ask for a refund is
out of the question
