This response is very infuriating and makes assumptionsI have never had customer service in any single other purchase or service outright make assumptions about me as a customerIf their policy is to not refund or replace a product for ANY reason at all tjen that is all they should say period
I made sure to purchase from a company in the United statesThe product does not work and it came only with Chinese labeling and instructionsIf I had purchased direct from China then I would just blame myself for getting a bad productBut I chose to buy a product from what I thought was a reputable company in the USA
For this company to go out of their way to make blatant accusations of me as a client is disgustingThey accuse me if fraud with no shred of evidenceThey say I am taking advantage of them trying to return a used product and that is a lieThe product never worked so how could I have used it
If this company uses intimidation as a resource to deal with customers who complain then they should not be in businessAt least I hope others will look at this comments and find them as disgusting as I did and not purchase anything goes from head over heels couture
