I received top notch service from my first phone call onMy stylist had a through consultation with me before she began my color serviceShe also informed me the price would be more this time, due to her needing to blend the different colors I had applied with box colorShe also explained that hair typically grows an1/inch to an inch each month, so don't be surprised to see gray at the root since I was going darkerHer cut was exceptionalShe also let me know I could have a pedicure or manicure during my process time, which I jumped onI chose to get a gel polish, which lasted me weeks!!! The nail technician was very professional and knowledgeableI also was quite impressed that they use an autoclave on all the nail implementsThe salon was very clean and every staff person I encountered was friendly and kindI would highly recommend Head Over Heels to everyone!!
Paid Head Over Heals Salon and hair stylist, [redacted] $184 and $20 tip for a cut, color, and highlights. Within two weeks, my gray returned. The owner and hair stylist,[redacted] wanted to charge me to touch up my color. They said, "hair growth was the reason for my gray returning so soon". Since I can remember, my hair takes around a year to grow an half an inch. While receiving service I was not informed of the high hidden cost to enhance my highlights and a product to break through my old color. So, I was charged twice for highlights and a conditioning/shampoo product. I was not given home care for the color and highlights as well.
Head Over Heels Salon works at giving customers a relaxing and professional experience. The staff is genuine and welcomes everyone with warmth and friendliness. My stylist is extremely knowledgeable and really knows my hair. She knows my pattern of growth as well as areas that will need more attention. Since my gray hair has become more a part of my future, I need to visit the salon every 2 to 3 weeks. The darker color I choose to maintain definitely requires more visits and professional attention. Even though I have my hair colored frequently, it shines and looks so natural. My hair is also very dry, so my stylist makes "easy to do" suggestions.
I have recommended Head over Heels to several friends and colleagues. Through the years I have visited many salons however this is the best one by far. I just wanted to share my thoughts so others can have the same experiences. Thank you to Head over Heels Salon.
