*** was suppose to pick up his clothes at the dry cleaner on Thursday July **,At 5:00P.M*** *** came on July **,at 3:00PM which was two hours BEFORE ; the scheduled pickup time of 5:PM that his clothes were scheduled to be ready for pickup When he arrived he was told
that the clothes were not ready for pickup at that particular time (because he arrived two hours before the scheduled pick up time.) but he was requested to return at 5:pm on the the same day which was July **, and he did not come back on that day for his clothesThe next day which was Friday July **, 2015; the store was closed only in the morning for the observance of the Muslim holiday morning prayerCustomers were notified prior to the store being closed that morning because I had a sign posted on the outside glass of the store all week notifying my customers that there would be a delay of the store being opened on Friday Ju ly **,due to the observance of the holidayThe business opened at 2:00PM and I called *** *** to remind him to pick up his clothes which were prepared and I also informed him about the reason why I opened the store late that particular day*** *** then came to the store and picked up his clothes shortly after I called him on Friday July **,

 I was able to pick up my belongings on Friday after 5pm. However there was no sign posted nor was I informed about the observance of a Muslim holiday. My phone call was returned because of the number of contact I attempted to make via phone calls that was recorded on their voice mail. I have my belongings which is what I wanted and will no longer do business with this company.
