I received the above mentioned complaint from *** *** and would like to address it as follows:*** (as she refers to herself) and a total of appointments with me at Head To Toe Laser LLC These appointments started back in Feb 22, and go through June 27th Out of
these appointments were completed.Four of these appointments she arrived late, to minutes, I do have documentation from my appointment program if needed Each time except once I took her in for her appointment, the last one I asked her to please reschedule as I did not have enough time to complete treatment I have even rescheduled her after my business hours due to late arrival on the same day!Six of the appointments were canceled without hours notice or just didn't show for appointment at all I discussed several times with *** that if this continued I would have to charge her for her missed appointments When her appointment is my first one in the morning and she calls after hours to cancel there is no possible way to fill it with someone on my waiting list There are also signs at the front desk and in my laser room stating ALL Special Pricing Services need hour cxl notice NO EXCEPTIONS or a full fee will be charged! It is also on our webpage.At ***'s appointment on May 16th she paid me $for a package of treatments this visit being one of them She stated she mistakenly paid for future visits That was not true she started visits on the date she paid All special package pricing are sold for visitsOn June 26th, *** called salon at 4:45pm, after business hours, left a message on our service that she was cancelling her appointment for the next morning at 8:15am! I sent her an email stating I was terminating her treatments for several reasons In her return email she asked me to reimburse her for full amountI informed her I would look into this and see what will be charged for her and get back to her at my earliest convenienceWith this being said I will reimburse her for ONE treatment that has not been used yet plus tip totaling $95.07.I saddens me to think over all these months of allowing *** to continue her treatments at an 85% discount this is how it ends!!
