Review: Ordered product on July 13, 2015. After a couple of weeks of not receiving a notification that product was shipped, contacted store.Few days later got a call back that the item was a special order item and would ship mid to late September. Webpage did not indicate special order item. Received notice item was shipped August 22 and received shortly after. Product was not as pictured and did not fit right. Filled out online return/refund form and product was returned. Received notification that product was received by HeadWest on September 3 and a refund would be issued. Still have not received a refund for product.Desired Settlement: Full refund to card originally purchased with.

Review: I ordered a pair of cowboy boots as a gift for my daughter on 3/23/15. The wrong size was sent. I exchanged them for the correct size. The new boots didn't arrive until 5/12/15 because they had to be manufactured from Justin Boots. Fine. They were tried on the day they arrived, but my daughter didn't care for the style/fit, so I returned them within a week or two. I still have not received credit back to my credit card for them. I contacted the company several times via email and finally I did receive an email on 9/1/15 to notify me that the order has been changed to refunded, but I still haven't seen the credit come back to my account.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded $156.95.
