So that she can help transfer the money to me. But, although he agreed to send the check in word, he refused to answer my email as to when he will actually send the check. I don't think he has sent any check. That's to say, so far, I still have not received any refund of the 1399 dollars from the company. Revdex.com spoke to the owner of the business who stated  he did received the deposit from the customer, and then later followed up to say that the order is ready, and once he receives the remaining balance he will be able to ship it. He stated he has since not been contacted by the customer for the...

balance. He stated that he either needs the customer to pay the remaining balance so he can send the order, or to contact him so that he knows where to refund the deposit.

Review: Hi there,

I made an order of Blue Hawaii SE electrostatic headphone amp in June 2013. I have paid the deposit of 1399 dollars.

In 2014 March 20th, I got the email from service assistant Justin saying that batch of amps is now in testing and shipping is about to begin. But so far I have not got what I have ordered.

I tried to contact the company at least twenty times before turning you for help, but they never answered my phone call or replying my email.

Review: I requested a repair of my Headphone Amplifier to Mr. [redacted] and was accepted by him. I have sent the item and was able to confirm by the tracking number that the item delivered to the business on October 8th, 2015.

Since I wanted to know when the repair will be done as well the cost and the payment method, I have contacted the business several times but I did not get any reply.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to reply me and let me know how to pay the price and when the repair is done.
