Headies Hideout

on tuesday 04/28/2020 I called headies hideout to see if they had a replacement chamber for a volcano vaporizor. the one I have has cracked, I was going to order online but I thought since all the covid 19 closings I would contact a local shop about the part. when I called the person on the phone ager a few exchanges confirmed they had the part I was looking for. now since no stores are open due to covid 19 they offer curbside pick up. I agreed and paid via a email invoice. at the time I was not aware that there were 2 different types of chambers and the person working at the store who sells these things did not ask what kind I had and since I was not in the store I could not see that it was clearly the wrong part. I agreed to pick up the part using the curbside pickup on thursday 04/30/2020 I drove to the location and called and they ran the item out to my car, I did not check the time at the time because I was not expecting it to be wrong. I get home and discover the part I received was a completely different part. I called and the person on the phone asked to see a picture I sent a photo via text to their customer service number 614-600-8680. the response was something like 'sorry pal sold out' I asked if I can return the part that I don't need and again the response was like 'sorry bud once things leave the store it can't be returned' now I understand return policies but this is ridiculous. 1. I was never able to see the item just going off what I was being told. 2. I was never in the store and it was brought out to me. 3. I never used the item. 4 its COVID 19 pandemic and I am a 1099 hairdresser who has my own loft and has not worked in 6 weeks and have not had any unemployment so this money was very needed. also when dealing with a customer who is clearly upset DO NOT CALL THEM BROTHER OR PAL this is completely uncalled for an unprofessional. I do understand what kind of busses this is but come on. pull it together and learn to to deal with issues like a professional
