Review: I spent about $85.60 for 3 pairs of light bulbs from headlightbulbs.com, one of the pairs was defective and I called them at 877-767-7997 to get information about an exchange for the defective item which is cover under their warranty, the person taking the call was not helpful at all, was not able to provide clear instructions about return/exchange defective products. I email them telling the issue about my purchase and I asked for specific questions about the procedures to get a replacement product but they email back asking again what was the problem and I replied again telling them the issue and I even sent a picture of the defective product. As a today I haven't received replacement, refund or an email from headlightbulbs.com.Desired Settlement: I just want the warranty to be honor and a replacement for the defective product .

Review: Hi,I purchased some headlight and fog light bulbs from Headlightbulbs.com about 2 weeks ago. After selecting my vehicle and the appropriate bulbs, I placed the order. Nowhere on the website are there any warnings or small print relating to the heat that is generated by the companys replacement bulbs. After installing the bulbs into my Ford F150 FX4, I noticed something wrong with my fog lamps after about 15 minutes of the lights being on. The whole front of the lamp had melted. The fog lamps on my truck were completely ruined. Again, if there would have been some kind of disclosure by the company on their site that stated that the buyer is warned of high heat that could cause damage to the vehicle, I would not have purchased the product. I contacted the customer support team and they stated that they would contact the owner, whom would then contact me. After a week of waiting without a call I emailed the company about the situation again and mentioned that I would address this issue by other means if no one would at least work with me on the issue. The company responded and said that they were sorry and that I should email them pictures, vehicle model and prices so that they could look into the case and take care of my issue. I sent all information and pictures as requested the next day. It has been another week and they will not respond. I am hoping that you can get some response out of them. I feel that their product is responsible for the damage to my vehicle and that they are responsible.Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I feel that the company is responsible for my ruined fog lights as a direct result of thier product and they should replace my fog lights.
