The customer purchased several items from us, and returned part of the orderThat return was made and refunded easilyThen the customer attempted to have a shop do an install for the remaining headlight bulbs and they couldn't do it so the customer sent back the other bulbs for a further refund Just today, 12/11/2017, we received the packageYou can check tracking here: www.USPS.com tracking number [redacted] The label says it was shipped on November 24th, so we don't have any explanation as to why it took this long to arrive, but we cannot offer a refund on something we didn't even get back yetSo, today the return request (which was placed with our company improperly by the customer) will be processedThis is a non-issueThe customer is complaining we haven't done our part in spite of the fact that he shipped the product back to us by, apparently, the slowest method possibleAt the very least this customer should wait until at least we have the product to be refunded in hand, before lodging a complaint against usSeriously

As a management specialist AND a potential customer, your lack of professionalism is the real atrocity, here. I think you need to consider your own position from the clients' perspective, and make some severe adjustments to how you publicly address consternation and frustration; your clients and customers are the best FREE source of honest feedback that you can hope for.
What a tragedy, Headlight Revolution, honestly.
