Arizona Solar Concepts is committed to providing quality products and services to our clients that are long lasting and provide outstanding value The issue is currently in process of resolution The Solar Water heating system that was purchased by the *** was installed properly and
has been performing great for years, however the tank began to leak This is a manufacturers warranty issue Arizona Solar Concepts (ASC) was the installing dealer of a product called *** A high quality product from a US/German companyASC and *** partnered with a third party to provide an additional warranty for the systems that would pay the dealer installer for any parts and labor costs for years, in addition to the manufacturers warranty for partsIn that third party warranty company (Equigard) went bankrupt so the warranty remained standing with *** and ASC Later in *** left the solar market *** is still open but is focused on windows Any claims submitted to them for warranty claims have been difficult to resolve ASC is the only one left standing in a situation like this After many attempts we made to *** to get the *** a new tank the final verdict was NO In the mean time we have provided the *** with a loaner tank so that they have hot water As of 12/15/ASC will replace the tank at our cost ($1,200) and as always there will be no charge for the labor As a local installer integrator we have to carefully choose the manufacturers we represent Even with assurances like a third party or extended warranty company, it really comes down to the local installers integrity We at ASC hope that this demonstrates that we are committed to what we do, even if the warranty company and manufacturer do not. I will accept response once work is completed to our satisfaction in timely manner.I appreciate that ASC will replace new water heater at their costI have not heard any details about replacement water heater, warranty and how ASC will cover new water heaterI need to make sure that replacement water heater is same brand or similar quality, size and comparable to product we bought earlierI need to make sure that ASC check solar panels for any damage that might have caused by tank pressure before leakI need to make sure that proper procedures gets followed and recommended material used like new ethyl glycol added and not just more water in solar partI need to make sure that repair is completed, caused by leaky tank and reserved tank.I appreciate that ASC will cover warranty despite ***'s denialIf company truly cares about their customers then they should respond to customer's complains and complete the work to their customer's satisfaction in timely manner.Thanks ASC and Revdex.com for willingness to help us.Regards,*** ***

heater on his home.  That work was done by another company.  The complaint actually says “Going Green Solar” not Arizona Solar Concepts, we are suspecting that this complaint is not for Arizona Solar Concepts or [redacted].  To help with his situation we can share that he leased a solar electric system for 20 years with a fixed payment (no escalation) for $91.80/mos. (-$7.50 for ACH $84.30/mos.)  This arrangement saves him money each month since the solar energy cost less per kWh that Utility Power ([redacted])  [redacted] and [redacted] guarantee the production and performance of the electric system for twenty years.  Our current monitoring of his system shows that he is at 97% and increasing.  Each year [redacted] and [redacted] evaluate the system performance and if it falls below it guaranteed outputs both ASC and [redacted] pay the customer for any shortfalls.  We do not expect that his system will be less than 100% by his first year of production.  He did not make any payments to [redacted] until after his system was turned on.  His system was commissioned into the Utility grid on or about June of 2014, so in June of 2015 we will evaluate along with weekly monitoring reports.  We hope that this information helps with the complaint.Sincerely,[redacted] CEO
