Walked in here with my mind set for the new Toyota Camry! We get set with a salesperson, great, he asked me what car I wanted I told him my mind was set for the Camry, he started telling me negative things and convincing me to get the Corolla, I told him straight up, I was not interested in the Corolla just the Camry he told me he was going to show me the Corolla anyways which kind of annoyed meI went knowing what I wanted alreadyWhatever we were sitting there and the whole time we were there for me, he was trying to get my mom to refinance her carShe got him to stopHe continued to show me different cars outside on the lot, but didn't take any keys to show me any cars mind you ALL OF THEM WERE LOCKED and not only that, none of them had price tags and when you asked him he wouldn't say, very shady up frontFirst of all, before I finish, I was going to go to headquarters Toyota with an appointment with a specific person that emailed me firstI canceled the appointment because I was going to go to Nissan insteadBut my mom convinced me to go there since she had gotten her car thereSo we ended up going and were helped by a different salesperson (***) after waiting for him outside on the lot to bring keys for the cars to see interior we got dehydrated from waiting outside for so long, we walk inside and turns out he was having an altercation with the salesperson I had cancelled the appointment with at firstHe asked me what was it that happen, I told him nothing, I had cancelled my appointment with himHe began giving me attitude as if it was my fault for their altercationI told him I didn't see any problem and if I wanted to I would ask someone else to help me right now if there was an issueIt was extremely unprofessional, after that my mind was set up that I was not going to get any car thereJust because of thatI felt u comfortable and he was shadyWe finally sit down waiting for him forever, he comes back asks for my social security but we are still waiting for the trade in value of my carHe starts being even more shady it was so unprofessional we got up and left, he convinced us to talk to his manager and he was holding my car keyAsked for the car key and he did not want to give me my car key so that we would not leaveThe service was disgusting, extremely unprofessional, and the sales men there are dogs!!!! Never going to this dealership EVER AGAIN!!! I went to Auto Nation Nissan in Pembroke Pines, got a car with miles! And the best part, was the amazing service we received and the genuine sales person!
