This letter is regarding the complaint that my barber shop, Heads or Tails Barber Shop, received on May 22,2017. In the year 2015, I purchased off "Missing Children's Resource Center" presents the Annual shopping Spree in Temecula-Murrieta and Lake Elsinore" a coupon that any customer could bring in...
and get a free haircut. However, the owner of that coupon booklet put in coupons for my barber shop for this year of 2017 without my consult or approval. I got a hold of the owner and in return for the disapproval she brought me coupons to give to my customers for the "Canyon Lake Barber Shop" and which I offered to the client but he said he'd just pay for the full haircut price and they refused the coupon I offer them.
