Donna W*** is an unethical and unprofessional MFT, and she taints the good work that Heads Up manages to accomplish Donna repeatedly violated the Code of Ethics (the standards used to judge MFTs) She failed to read court ordered reports, failed to follow the guidance and advice of a court ordered Parent Coordinator, and lied in her reports that were submitted to the court Luckily, we had a real Doctor's report that documented exactly what was happening with my daughter, and when the Court heard from my child's pediatrician, the court was beyond concerned with Donna's report Clearly, Donna is no longer my child's therapist Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Heads Up because Donna W*** works there, and she is a managing member I also have to question the other managing members' ethical and professional behaviors since they are associated with Donna Donna W*** behavior and actions are disgusting As an MFT, she is an insult to the profession
