I would like to share my experience with this company although I understand that this company does not respond to Revdex.com and that this review won't benefit meHowever, I do so, just as the other reviewer listed here said - to warn anybody that this company would not work with me when my purchased product did not workSo order at your own risk I purchased a wig which visually by the picture shown on the website and by it's name "maple sugar" seemed to indicate it would arrive in a medium brown color which is what I've worn for years It arrived as golden blonde in color which indicates to me that wig colors are not as shown on website photos I would never order a wig in golden blonde nor could I wear a wig this color and not feel uncomfortable I called the next day to see if a dark brown was available for exchangeIt wasn't Not only would this company not work with me with a refund or exchange of another wig style in a dark brown, they were dismissive and somewhat rude in conversation Most companies that I deal with such as ***, *** etc, make every effort to make sure that I'm satisfied with a sale when the request is reasonable and the product is undamagedTo be fair, I take responsibility for not noting pre-purchase that the company policy is "no returns or exchanges on clearance items" and this was oneI just thought that the color received was so extreme and since a dark brown was not available that an exception would be made in this case.So fair warning, if you order from HSW and it doesn't work forget about any consideration for your plight I will never order from HSW again

After taking measurements recommended on the Headshop Wigs website I purchased two wigs on Jan, (order HSW-XXXXX) from their website for $(Forever Young: Textured Layered Wig - *** Blonde) and $(Forever Young: Glow Girl Wig - Hot Caramel), for a total of $I paid with PayPal (transaction 6WKXXXXXEJXXXXXXX)The items were delivered on Jan, 6th at 4:PM in a box containing the wigs, but no paperworkI tried wearing both wigs and was left with bruising on my forehead that was still visible after days due to rough stitching on the wigs (I took a photo of the bruising on the 4th day)On Jan 13th I received mail from the company post marked Jan, containing my receipt and and return/exchange formI emailed the company the next day stating I would like to return the wigs due to them not fittingWhile I did not mention the rough stitching, I d
