Headwaters Bamboo Rod Company

The Rod cast beautifully then it started to have defects. I sent the rod back to the above company address. I have contacted them by email ,phone calls, voicemail . The numbers on the Warranty card are useless the 1-866 number is not even theirs the other local number you can’t leave a voice mail because it says the mailbox is full and it’s been that way for two years. All I want is an update on my repair and delivery date. Or if it comes to it I want my money back. This is a terrible way to run a business and I wont be doing anymore business with them. Thanks for ruining the end of trout season for me
