( This email is from the my customer which is the reason for my complain) Obviously that is WAY later than what they had originally said. In fact, I believe the hold-up each time was that they didn't know what quantities were left of each color- so we went from black to stone gray to light gray. I wasn't sure if we would receive all light gray, or a mix of both. Not to mention their 'overlooking? of our order of 500. I had clearly stated that I needed them no later than the first week in November and they never once said anything about taking an additional week, or not having them done. Last we heard, the manager said he would ship them out that day, and that was last Friday.
I think it was nice that the president offered them at their cost, but to be honest, their mess-up ruined our event. We only had one day to celebrate our 50th anniversary, which was yesterday, and passing out 50th anniversary gifts a week and a half AFTER the event is unacceptable and doesn't make any sense. It literally defeated the whole celebration- which wasn't actually a celebration- just a guest speaker with food. We had gone all-out for this event with balloons, special guests, fundraisers and student activities. We had more than 700 students, alumni and guests from all over campus in our building to celebrate- and the main attraction was our commemorative gifts that we promised. So, at this point I believe we are owed more than 'we'll give them to you at our cost? response. I know for 100% certainty that we will NEVER use them again!

I do appreciate you calling and emailing again and again to find out for us what the status was. You went above and beyond and I know none of this mess-up was on you or Printing Services.

I work for University Printing Services. And they also lied , they said I'd only be charged for the product at cost. Well, that would have been only $1.41 each we ordered 500 . Instead when they invoiced me I was invoiced at $2.53 each.
They are dishonest and have bad customer service
