In April I ordered trial of CBD oil. I paid $6.95 for shipping. That was all I received. On May 18th and June 29th they charged me $89.72 and $89.97. I called them to find out what these charges were. They said for continued auto ship. I never received anything since the trial and I want a complete refund of all charges. I explained that I am a senior citizen who is currently going through chemotherapy.
I live only on social security and every dollar is crucial for me. They owe me $199.88. Please he!p.

On May 5 I ordered a trial bottle of CBD oil.When I went to the checkout saw they added the gummies as well.I called to complain and let them know I didn't want gummies,was told it was part of their regimen.I explained I didn't want them and if I had to have them,I wanted none of it and wanted the order canceled.I was hung up on and couldn't get an answer when calling back.I thought that was the end of it until I checked my bank account on June 1 to see they auto charged me for 2 more $90.00 charges plus my bank charged me 2x$30.00 for overdraft for insufficient funds.Now I'm out $250.00 for things I dont want and canceled.I am on Social Security and cant afford such,for after paying my monthly bills,only have $150.00 amonth for my wife and I to live on.I have repeatedly called and am on hold for about 10 minutes before the phone just hangs up.I want to just have this autocharge stopped and my money refunded.The only info for them I have is ROYALCBD.SHOP,800-298-0165.Any help from you would be greatly appreciated.Than you.

Ordered free bottle. Only paid shipping. They are adding purchases to my credit card that I did not order.

I only was ordering the free sample of oil. I declined other offers before check out but when I checked out one of the of the $39 offers was added and charged plus $23+ in shipping charges for another free product that was added to the order. A person called confirming the order and I said I wanted to cancel the $39 addition I didn't order. He said contact customer service. I didn't see a customer service number. He said it was on the email. When I told him I have not received an email confirmation, he hung up.
I finally found a contact number and was put on hold for around 10 minutes. After some discussion, I cancelled the entire order since I also became a subscriber with the order and had to cancel within 5 days of the expected delivery date or a full price order would be sent. I asked for a cancellation confirmation number and was given one. I did not yet received the order email or one confirming the cancellation with a cancellation confirmation number. I now have concerns my shipping and credit card information is compromised.
This company should be investigated. Refund My order was placed about 2 hours ago. I have spent this time cancelling it and filing this complaint. I believe this is a scam or at the very least deceptive advertising. Many people would just give up and those not well versed in computer use wouldn't have gotten this far. I want a complaint filed against them for their deceptive advertising techniques. I will not know if I need help for a refund for several days. I will need to check my credit card daily! I don't want others scammed.
After a few days I was able to get a response and confirmation that my credit card was not and will not be charged. The hold initially placed on it was cancelled as well. To date, the hold has been removed from my pending charges and no charges have appeared.
The ordering process has to be cleaned up so it is clear what you are ordering and if you opt NOT to accept any of their multiple additional offers they indeed don't get added to your order. Your final order with complete charges should be clearly visible and if errors are present, a visible and convenient way to remove items. I choose to cancel the entire order since I didn't wish to do business with a deceptive company. However, it took me most of that afternoon and several days of checking to get it done. Total waste of my time and disrespectful of customers.
