In June 2019, I purchased a digitally-based online program from this company, all of which was to be delivered in a series of program modules and through video communication. From the outset, the digital portion of the program was inaccessible and continued to be so on many occasions. I contacted the owner and her assistant several times providing specific details of the issues I was experiencing. The issues included the inability to access program modules and call recording files. This continued series of issues blocked me from the only sources of material available in this program and this is what I paid for. Initially, the issue would be resolved but it continued to surface every time I attempted to log in using the login credentials provided by the company. Eventually, it got to the point where I received no response to my requests. (At least one other person who experienced this same issue said so within the Facebook private group.) I paid over $4,000 for a program I was unable to access and my requests for resolution have gone unanswered. I have written to the owner of the company requesting a refund but have not gotten a response. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and have yet to get a response from the FTC or the owner. I have documentation of my original purchase, the agreed-upon payment structure, all payment dates and amounts, and all email and *** communications regarding my issues and attempts at resolution and will supply this information if it will help in my sought-after resolution.

I contacted the client and provided a partial refund, since there were technical issues at the time she registered, which have since been resolved.
