Review: My husband brought our car to be serviced at Healey Brothers Hyundai a few days ago. We needed the oil pan to be replaced due to a very small "pin hole". At first everyone was very nice. They quoted my husband $40 for the oil change since the oil pan was covered under warranty. After the service was done they drove the car up front and took the keys. My husband went to get the car because it was finished but no keys were found and no one was around. He then noticed that everyone was sitting down on break (he noted that they saw him standing there waiting and just ignored him). Half hour later a woman finally asked if he has been help. He replied with no. The total for the day came to $160+ Our problem is that we were told $40 only. If we were told it was going to be $160+ then we would have had to come back to have the service done. We had to spend grocery money that was set aside for the cost. He spoke with the manager and explained the issue. Said manager said that it was policy?? Manager also stated to him that one of the workers broke two bolts and that they were going to charge us extra for the labor but waived it. They were going to charge us for a mistake their employee made? I have tried contacting the manager and have left messages but no one will call back. When I do call the sectary is very rude.Desired Settlement: A refund for the amount we had no idea we were paying for. We are happy to pay the $40 which was what we thought we would be paying. We would have been happy to pay the $160+ if we were told ahead of time; granted we would have had to come back once we got paid to have the service done.
