We would be more than happy to appraise both his vehicles and show him the options that are available to him for another vehicleThose options are dependent on the payoff of the vehicles being traded in,
his credit bureau score and the vehicle he would like to ownThose dependent items cannot be done over the telephone, can we get an approval for ***, yes we can, but whether that approval will fit his requirements I do not know yetI suggest he reach out to me and we will start the process again to see what options are availableThe negative/posstive equity of his two trades will be the driving factor
If he likes the approval we have once the above items are determined he can take a new car home or he can walk away

Review: I had gone to purchase a new car on December [redacted], 2015 and had singed paperwork stains my monthly payments for a 2015 Mitsubishi lancer evolution final edition in diamond white would be $718 a month which had included a 11% interest rate. I had drove off the lot that night with the new car traded my old car in and also left with the paperwork. It is now January 14th when I receive a criptic cal asking me to go back in to sign one last paper for said vehicle when I am told that the information they had put on my paperwork was wrong and the bank had now canceled that agreement and raised my interest rate to 13% which made my car payments now $755 monthly I had gone over in detail with the representatives and asked for some kind of explanation as to why when I provided the correct Information on my end only for it to be entered under false pretenses as my sales representative stated he was going to "bump up" my and my cosigner income to gain a better rate. The manager said it was my fault for providing them with incorrect information and told me to sign the new papers. Out of frustration and nervousness I reluctantly signed the papers and asked to be compensated by at least maintenance on the new car she then laughed and said absolutely not and pretty much told me to leave in a polite manner. I was also forced into paying for the simonized coating because the dealership had already put it on without my consent at the time on top of the issue with the payment agreement.Desired Settlement: I would either like to be compensated by check for the end amount of the percentage difference for the interest rate of the vehicle or by routine maintenance for the vehicle for 5 years/100,000 miles which ever the company finds a better fit. I find either situation that is stated above is fair for the situation, hassle, rudeness and unprofessionalism the employees of this company has caused.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

The sales and financing department at this dealership are HORRIBLE. They messed up paperwork and expected us to be the ones to go out of our way to get it fixed for them. They even went so far as to threaten us if we didn't comply with their demand. This was our third time dealing with this company but NEVER again!!!

Review: Went online and requested information about a car and filled a pre-approval form, with ALL my personal information. Less than a minute later I received a call from a "internet sales specialist" saying I was pre approved and to bring in my trade ins for appraisal and to close the deal on the car I choose. I explain to her that my credit wasn't good because I had just bought a house and heavy use on my credit cards. She said that this was not a problem and I was pre approved, to drive there with my trade in, speak to the [redacted] and close the deal. Once again I explained about my credit and inquired about bad credit options for financing. The "internet sales specialist", once again, insisted that I drive there and for me to worry that all they needed was to confirm my information to close the deal. She said that I was pre approved, do not worry about.

ONCE AGAIN, I questioned the process as I knew about my credit issues and I was VERY clear explaining to her that I would not like to drive 40 minutes to go there without knowing that a deal could be actually made. The "internet sales specialist" ONCE AGAIN, told me that all they needed was to check my trade in, verify my information and nothing else, according to her, I was pre approved and had nothing to worry about.

So I drove there, for my "VIP appointment" with the [redacted]. Upon my arrival, the [redacted] immediately assigned a regular sales person to collect my information. Nothing VIP about that, I could have just walked in and the service would be the same. No one ever even looked at my trade in (2010 Toyota Venza - Which I've filled an online appraisal estimate) and a few minutes later the so called [redacted] came over saying my credit was too low and nothing could be done. Many follow up calls asking me to go back there were made, voicemails requesting my callback from one of the [redacted]s was left, which I've called back to not avail.Desired Settlement: I demand to see the actual pre-approval offer they originally have prior to my appointment. I want both of my trade ins (2008 Acura RDX and 2010 Toyota Venza) appraised. I will bring the online appraisal form I have and the price should be close to that. I demand to see the promised financing options they originally had in my pre-approval, which I will accept as promised, with a low down payment no higher than $2000 and a monthly payment that is no higher than $700.

Review: On 2/**/2015 I took my car for Engine light/Tune-up on a 2011 Mini Cooper S Hard Top that I brought from this location back on 1/2012. Spark plugs & Coils were switched around to 1 & 2 ejections & they collected $600 for this work. I had to return again with engine light on again on 3/**/2015, & the real problem was 3 & 4 with issues and they had to order more parts again!!!! I then had to bring car back in 3/**/2015 for work to be done, to only discover that they never fix problem and referred me to [redacted] Dealership in [redacted] to fix problem they never had proper equipment to diagnose this situation!!!!! The Location even apologize for this matter & Service Manager [redacted] & General Manager [redacted] need to cover for additional $335 extra needed to fix problem at [redacted] Dealership being they did not fix or Gap spark plugs when inserting them.!!! Very disappointed & taken advantage of a Woman customer!!!! I also brought a 5yr warranty from this location when I purchase this car........!!!!Desired Settlement: "REFUND"!!!! $600

Review: On November **, 2014 my son was/is the co-signer for my 2012 GMC Terrain Traverse SLT. On December **, 2014 my temporary registration ran out. My son called the dealer to find out where the registration and title is and to let the dealer know my temporary ran out. They told my son to tell me to keep all paperwork in the vehicle in case I get stopped by the cops. At that point they told me that I needed another co-signer. I've talked to several people regarding this issue and was told that there's something fishy about the whole deal. I put $2000 down as a down payment. I returned the vehicle back to them on Tuesday March **,2015 and I asked for my $2000 back. The general sales manager [redacted] told me he can't do anything today. First, of all if your any kind of manager you can do something about it. I'm not the only person they this to. Once your approved for a loan the bank's not gonna reverse it. Especially when it's all in writing and I have proof. All signed documents. If I wasn't approved I wouldn't be able to drive it off the lot. This is a lesson learned. Watch out for this dealerDesired Settlement: All I want is my $2000 that I put down as a down payment.

Response:

The business has responded. Please see below:[redacted] entered into an agreement to purchase a 2012 GMC Terrain with 41,758 miles on it. We had a preliminary approval from the bank and delivered the vehicle. When the bank did their employment verification they found that [redacted] income did not match up with what was stated on the credit application. It was less then what was stated and the bank retracted their approval. We notified [redacted] of the banks decision. We told [redacted] the only way she can keep the car is if she can provide a credit worthy co signer, if so then after reviewing the application the bank would have to give the final approval. We allowed [redacted] to continue to drive the vehicle, as she was reassuring us that she was still working on a co-signer as per her emails. The co-signer never materialized and we asked that the car be returned as per our delivery agreement below. I can provide the signed copy if you like. After December we, never heard back fro m her till she returned the vehicle on March ** 2015. She made no attempt to pay for the use of the vehicle with in that time frame. Finally, I called on March * 2015 and left a message stating if the vehicle was not returned that we will be forced to start legal proceedings. The vehicle was returned on March ** 2015 with 58,307 miles on it, which is 9,549 miles more then what was on it when we gave it to her. [redacted] had the vehicle for four months and put over 9,000 miles on the vehicle with no attempt to pay for the usage. We were holding her $2000 deposit till we can re-sell the vehicle and if there was a loss due to the usage; we were going to apply that to the loss. The vehicle has since been sold and I will be reimbursing [redacted] her $2,000 deposit. Your application for credit for the lease or retail installment contract (the agreement) has been preliminarily approved by the lender and Healey Brothers (Healey) will assign it to the lender upon final approval. Based upon this preliminary approval, both of us have agreed to complete the agreement and the vehicle has been released to you. You acknowledge that the lender has the right to refuse to extend credit and accept assignment of the agreement after a final credit review. In that event, Healey will immediately notify you, and Healey will have the following options: 1. To assign the agreement to another lender on credit terms no less favorable than already agreed to; or, if Healey does not choose this option, or if the agreement cannot be assigned, then 2. To have the vehicle immediately returned and the agreement will be voided, at which time Healey will refund to you all monies paid on the agreement (you will be responsible for any damage to the vehicle), and return your trade, if any. If the trade has been sold, you will be paid the sale price (not the trade allowance) less expenses of sale, and less pay-off, if any. If there is a deficiency you will not be liable for the deficiency. 3. To retain the agreement and you will make the monthly payments to Healey as provided in the agreement. You agree to cooperate with Healey, including, but not limited to, immediate surrender of the vehicle or return of the vehicle for inspection, and completion of such paperwork, including insurance, title and forms requested by the lender, as may be necessary to accomplish the options above set forth. If you fail to do so, and Healey has to enforce this agreement, you will be liable for reasonable costs and attorney’s fees. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT
