Review: I paid in full for the full tuition a week before the classes were suppose to start. Then they had to all of a sudden move quickly to another building so the classes were postponed. One week went by and another. During this time, I could not longer take the classes. I called to ask for a refund. As stating in the contract I could get a refund for classes not taken. Well, since they kept postponing the classes because they suddenly had to move locations, I had never started a class. So I should get a hole refund. Well, I called and emailed. [redacted], she's in charge of adding students made it very clear to me their policy is it could take up to 30 days max to return the check. Ok, I told her, if you can do it sooner, that would be great. This is over $5,000 and since I had never taken class I was due to get the whole refund. Also, there is a $500 fee that is non refundable. Is this legal? I called only a week after I handed her the check to ask for the money back. I emailed to have someone call me to tell me exactly what the amount was going to be. They told me to email [redacted] never emailed or called. I have not heard a word from anyone. Apparently the owner only is around to sign checks once a month. [redacted] claims to know nothing about the check only that it needs to be signed by an owner who is never around. We are now at 31 days. No response to my emails, no response to my phone calls. They couldn't even give me a time frame except for they have 30 days and that's all they know. No one knows anything or can tell me anything. I want my money back for tuition that I never used!!!! Also, you have their address incorrect on here. The just moved to another smaller location.

I never signed the contract with them, [redacted] sent it home with me to sign and bring back, but she took my check! I never attended classes here. I withdrew before the classes started. I want my money back immediately!!!!
