First off let me say we are very sorry your daughter was injuredWe take safety very seriously at the Launching Pad and never like to see any customer get hurtWe hope she is doing better and gets well quicklyNow to address some of your issues: The safety video is for jumping on the trampolines and it does say to land on both feetThat video is not for the Launch Tower and the video clearly says its for trampolines and patrons watch it before going up to jump on trampolinesIt never mentions the Launch TowerThe Launch Tower has signs on the airbag itself in numerous places and there is a giant hanging sign (pictures can be provided of all) that says to land on the back/butt and "landing on feet can be dangerous" Our staff also gave verbal instructions to your daughter to land on the butt as they give to all customersWe have this on videoThe staff did not leave to work the bumper carsHe was at the Launch Tower the entire timeAlso on videoCorrect - we do not have staff at the top of the towerIts not needed and the platform is designed for one person onlyOur staff members do watch people land and get off the bagYour daughter landed and then crawled towards the exit side of the bag as all customers doYour husband reached up and got her from thereHe did not climb on the bagAnd, while I cannot say whether or not she was screaming, she was on the bag for all of about seconds until your husband had her in his armsAlso on videoThe safe way to get down from the bag is to climb offIf someone is injured and cannot move we can deflate the bagAgain a little difficult for anyone to judge our emergency protocol since your daughter was on the bag for approximately secondsNot a very long timeYour complaint makes it seem like she was up there for a long time until your husband "climbed up" to rescue herOur attraction monitor ran to your husband and daughter once he saw where they were and asked multiple times if they needed anything or if there was anything he could doHe was told "No" multiple times even after asking "Are you sure?" Also all on videoAt that point when the parent is in control it is not up to us to render emergency assistance especially when our help is refused multiple timesObviously we cannot comment on the number of injuries the hospital has seen., We try to make our attractions as safe as possible recognizing there is some inherent risk in all physical activityWe do have hundreds of kids per week who jump off the Launch Tower without injuryMost injuries occur when someone lands on his/her feetThat is why we have multiple signs and also give verbal instructions to land on the back/butt and not on the feetAgain we are sorry that your daughter was injuredBut, the facts you described are mostly inaccurateI realize in this day and age it seems common place to blame someone elseBut, we try to provide a fun place and give adequate warnings where requiredEven with that, accidents do happenWe are happy to provide pictures of the warning signs and the video to support our position.Submitted: 03/21/

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved, pending further discussion of safety measures
Regards,
