This is a response to the letter received regarding complaint # [redacted] : I would like to clarify that in this case, the class in question was held via online and the skills lab was held by the instructor at the mentioned business location The webpage for Healing Spirit Healthcare has been a venue for this instructor to advertise her upcoming classes and clearly states that there is no refund for a class once the student has started participation in the course, and has been submitting workThis student completed all online work meaning no refund will be givenIn addition, this students certificate was posted on the state site before we received the first complaint letterWhat she needs to do is go to the state site and print out her certificateThey do not mail them any longer It is up to the student to print out their own certificate This was explained at the time of completionI am willing to answer any further questions regarding this complaintThank you [redacted] ***Healing Spirit Healthcare

has been a venue for this instructor to advertise her upcoming classes and clearly states that there is no refund for a class once the student has started participation in the course, and has been submitting work. This student completed all online work meaning no refund will be given. In addition, this students certificate was posted on the state site before we received the first complaint letter. What she needs to do is go to the state site and print out her certificate.
