I am rejecting this response because: the only true part of the business response is the fact they did refund the money only after I told them I was gonna contact the Revdex.com. My wife was lied to from the start she was told we could have couple massage. We were never told to arrive 15 minutes early the owner apparently a liar. Also I never called them my wife was the only one that spoke with them after the occurrence. I'm just concerned they will continue to treat others how they have treated me and my wife.
