I do not accept their response.If you follow the links to get a RAM it keeps passing you from one response to another but you can't get a RAM,I tried and tried to get a RAM.I also rang the telephone number for help and the telephonist advised me she couldn't locate my purchases as she said my name and adress were not on their system.I don't accept what they are suggesting you do to return a product as it was impossible and I got no where.I am so happy you have tracked them down but their information is inadequate making a return of products impossible
