Review: I have out of control high blood pressure and did have a stroke 3 yrs ago. Since then was put on blood pressure control medication which the doctors at this facility keep discontinuing even thou I was told several times by doctors and hospital I have to keep take this medications unless I can get my blood pressure back down permanently, which hasn't happened yet. Each time they discontinue the [redacted] and I have to fight the pharmacy to refill the prescription. So now the Pharmacy has told me this clinic has discontinued both medication the [redacted] and [redacted] and even though the Pharmacy tells me they have continuously tried to contact [redacted] by phone and fax leaving messages [redacted] will not respond. I just had a Drs visit a couple weeks ago and the doctor never said anything about discontinuing this medication. I seriously need to be taking this and do not want to end up in the Emergency again.Desired Settlement: All they need to do is call my Pharmacy and order some refills. This particular medication is not just an antibiotic or something that you take for a short time. It is a long term critical medication. I want them to stop discontinuing this every other month so I then have to go so many days without.

Review: This morning I took my dad to an appointment that he has been waiting for about 3 months and when we got there for an at 10:30 and was told that he had to wait about 2 % 1/2 hours before he was going to be seen. I don't understand why you booked appointment and have patient wait so long to be seen. My father could have been a diabetic to where he would not be able to wait that long to see a MD. I know the county is short but it should not be where a patient has to wait that long to see a doc. It looks like they really really over book with patient and then have them wait so long to be seen. I was there a a gentlmen started yelling and saying he was there for almost 2 hours and still was not seen. I ask the receptionist what order my dad was in and he was number 12 and that was at his appointment time of 1030 and they said he would get seen before they went to lunch. He should not have to wait 2 hours or before lunch for that. They should have schedule patient for like every 15-20 of time with the doc. I just want them to schedule different or restructure there wait time different. I seen old people who look like they ere going to pass out and the staff did nothing but laugh about the situation. As a person who works in the health field that was very unprofessional of them.Desired Settlement: I would like management to reconsider how they booked these appointment and to think about if there is kids, elderly, and diabetic patient who cant be there all day long to see a doctor. They are sick just like everybody else. Also the staff it self was so unprofessional in handling it. The Mexican american lady in the front did nothing but laugh which I think made the office look ridiciouls. I had to leave my dad there and return to work because I could not wait for 2-3 hours sitting there.

This is the response of the complaint of our patient's daughter; ID #[redacted]. the last visit of the patient in our clinic was January 17, 2014. The patient was walk-in don't have any appointment. Therefore for walk-in patients the front receptionist are always letting know the walk-ins that it is a long wait one to two hours. Especially that day we were fully booked and we had short of providers.
