We received order# [redacted] on 12/20/for IonizeME Dual Ionic Detox Foot Bath w/ Infrared Ultimate Package- No Wrist Strap SystemA drop ship was created on 12/22/with our supplierOur supplier receives our request and ships specific product for customer on our behalfWe received tracking # [redacted] from our supplier This indicates a label was created for the shipmentTracking information was emailed to customer as soon as we received it from our vendorCustomer reached out to inquire about shipment and why it was taking so long for deliveryAt this point we checked tracking information and were able to see there was no tracking information available for that shipmentPrevious to customer reaching out, we were not aware of these delaysWe reached out to our supplier several times in regards to shipment and delaysAfter several failed attempts, the owner of our company reached out to the supplierCompany employee Cynthia spoke to the customer directly via email and phone regarding delays, a plan of action was put into place to correct issues/delaysMultiple credits were issued to customer (partial refunds were applied to customer account)Customer requested we ship unit immediately We were able to ship out a unit to customer that same dayCynthia advised customer there may be delays due to the holiday (Martin Luther King day) This can potentially push back transit time a day or twoI provided customer with a tracking number and an estimated time frameCustomer was also advised that the ETA was only an estimated time frame Package can be shipped before or after that time frameUnfortunately, package was delayed and ETA was pushed back several daysCustomer reached out again to HealthandMed and we advised the package was delayedCustomer requested additional credits for delaysUnfortunately we were not able to provide any additional credits nor change transit time of shipment to accommodate customer as she was made aware of delays prior to shipping unit days before a holidaySince we were unable to accommodate customer, a refund was issued and a return to sender was issuedCustomer has again reached out and requested to have unit be shipped overnightOur shipping carrier is able to deliver unit today 01/19/2018, this is the date the shipment was scheduled to be deliveredWe have reached out to customer to let them know of delivery Original credits have been offered to continue with transactionHealthandMed is always more than happy to help our customers with any issues, questions or concernsIf we are not able to meet customer needs, we issue full refund and offer future assistance
