I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that although they deny the correspondence between myself and the company, all monies has been refunded as asked.

Review: Had cancelled and they continued to deduct from my bank. Will contact them multiple times. They verified my account was cancelled. They only credit 2 payments and no overdraft fees since I wasn't using that account and I advised them. After they refunded. Again they continued to withdrawal funds putting my account over and never responded back to or credit me back what us owed.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund me for all the overdraft fees they made and what they withdrew. I have proof that bank account was not being used and they kept withdrawing funds and never refunded the overdraft fees. They refunded the account twice but deduct more times from the time I had cancelled.

Review: Purchased a plan two months ago. Never received my membership card after repeated requests. My checking account was billed but the member ID I was provided is invalid.Desired Settlement: Full refund. Have not been able to use my discount card at all.

Review: I initially signed up for the prescription program on 9/**/14 and $14.99 was drafted ( 09/**/14 CHECK CRD PURCHASE 09/** HEALTH BENEFIT PLA [redacted] ?MCC=[redacted]) I never received a card in the mail and so the plan was never used. I spoke with an associate on 12/** at ###-###-#### and asked for the plan to be cancelled. She stated that it would be taken care of and I would receive a confirmation email. I never received the email and haven't been able to reach anyone. On today another bank debit for $19.99 has been drafted from my account (12/**/14 PURCHASE Health Benef [redacted]). I called ###-###-#### multiple times today and someone kept picking up the phone and hanging up. Then the voicemail was turned on but the mailbox was full. I called the compliance department twice which is located in Dallas Texas [redacted], they gave me the same number and the "direct number" ###-###-####. When I called the direct number the same thing happened, which was nothing. I called the compliance department again and they said they couldn't help that I should keep calling. I let the associate know that I would file a report with the Revdex.com. She didn't seem concerned.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund from 9/**/14 until 12/**/14 because I never received a card so therefore couldn't use the plan. I also would like for this company to be investigated because it seems like a scam with a compliance department that's useless! I would also like compensation for the time taken out of my busy schedule to try and resolve this issue, plus the unnecessary time spent traveling to the bank and sitting inside when I had business to take care of. I also want the question answered as to why was money sent to FL and after I asked for the plan to be cancelled money was sent to NY. This seems very fishy!!!!
