1) according to the notes taking while walking the property,(one worker took notes that are time and date stamped on the phone He typed what was told to him by client) roses were to be cut back to base. 2) after stating that the crew killed the plant, former client states plant is growing again. 3) no money was ever collected for any work done.4)I had our office manager call about said roses. They will not accept payment for pre orders on items they do not have in stock. 5) due to the clients insulting attitude, we wouldnt be offering to buy anything for her anyway and consider the matter closed.
