Dear Sir/Madam,Ms [redacted] - [redacted] registered to attend a CNA program on 05/23/She rescheduled, in accordance with school requirements, to June 6, Students are permitted to reschedule their class time without penaltyOn 06/06/16, we received a telephone call and an email from someone who claimed to be "legal counsel" for Ms [redacted] -***, who indicated that she would need to reschedule her class once again, this time providing only hours noticeWe were willing to work with her and told her that the school policy required that she bring in official court documentation so that we could change her start date, once againRather than providing this documentation, Ms [redacted] - [redacted] arrived to begin her class on 06/06/at 4:p.mWe found this to be quite odd, as we had just received this complaint from the Revdex.comIn order to satisfy Ms [redacted] -***, we provided her with a cash refund in the amount of $in accordance with her wishes filed within her complaint to your agencyThis matter is considered to be closed on our endOn 06/06/16, Ms [redacted] - [redacted] received a $cash refund and signed a receipt accordinglyThank you

someone who claimed to be "legal counsel" for Ms. [redacted], who indicated that she would need to reschedule her class once again, this time providing only 7 hours notice. We were willing to work with her and told her that the school policy required that she bring in official court documentation so that we could change her start date, once again. Rather than providing this documentation, Ms. [redacted] arrived to begin her class on 06/06/16 at 4:00 p.m. We found this to be quite odd, as we had just received this complaint from the Revdex.com. In order to satisfy Ms. [redacted], we provided her with a cash refund in the amount of $200.00 in accordance with her wishes filed within her complaint to your agency. This matter is considered to be closed on our end. On 06/06/16, Ms. [redacted] received a $200.00 cash refund and signed a receipt accordingly. Thank you.
