We have looked into this issue and apologize for the delayed responseUpon thorough review of our electronic call logs with *** ***’s contact information, we have determined that we attempted to contact this consumer two timesHe was called on October 3rd at 11:21am and again the same day at
12:34pm, with no other calls madeOur system applies a time and date stamp to every incoming and outgoing call. The system cannot be edited or tampered with and is both reliable and accurate. We are happy to show *** *** this information if neededWe apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and had already placed his number on the do not call list in our system before this complaint with the Revdex.com was receivedHe will receive no other calls from our companyHowever, based on the nature of the complaint, there are most likely other health insurance agents not associated with Health Choice One attempting to contact this consumer based on the online request for insurance quotes that was madeThat’s typically how this online shopping system works. A consumer makes an online request for insurance quotes and the request for information is shared with 3-competing insurance agents. HCO would be one of the four agents receiving the request To stop those calls from the other three agents, he would need to contact each of the phone numbers appearing on his caller ID and/or voicemail messages left and ask to be added to their “do not call” list as well. Hello! I am sorry for the delay in my response. I do believe our CFO sent a message last week that we had...

not received the message until last week because our offices were closed for the holidays and that we would respond this week. Again, I do apologize for the delay.  This agent had her writing contract placed on a program that we do not have brokers on anymore. (We do not have a brokerage anymore, we are all w-2 employee based now) All of our brokers either moved their contracts or were being paid direct by the carrier. With this agent, there was some confusion as to if the commissions were being paid directly by the [redacted] or not. We have since provided the agent a new release to allow them to be paid direct from [redacted]. I have done an extensive audit on any commissions due and we have issued a payment to this agent.  As long as the agent submits the proper paperwork to the carrier, she should be paid direct from the carrier moving forward. I do apologize for the confusion.  If there is anything else that we need to do, please feel free to reach out to me and we will be happy to take care of it.

provided her the release no less then 2 times and also to the carrier rep (we sent the release again on 11-20). Our carrier rep also informed this agent that the release was being processed on their end when she reached out to him last week. I would be happy to send it to her again if she would like. Please let me know what else we can do to help.
