Health Companion provides a personal health record for consumers and healthcare providers. We currently securely transfer between 700,000-1,000,patient records per month. As you might imagine, we do receive some calls and email contacts for support every day and make every effort to reply within business day With this exception, I am not aware of other consumer concerns that we have not been able to resolve within 1-business days

Review: I have been asked by my doctor to sign up for the Health Companion service. This should enhance communication and exchange of information. I followed the instructions for signing up, and Health Companion web site will not accept me. I went to the doctor's office, ([redacted]) and they confirmed that they have put in the correct information to permit me to log on into the service, but the instructions do not work. [redacted] directed me to call the Health Companion office at [redacted]. Health Companion will not answer the phone. I have emailed Health Companion trouble tickets with no substantive response (only and email acknowledging receipt - weeks ago). Sign on problem remains unresolved.Is this site a scam? Does this company really provide a service?(I find it strange that you do not have it listed) You are authorized to contact [redacted] with regards to this software/web site sign-up issue - in fact please do.Desired Settlement: Resolve the site sign on issues.Respond to emails with meaningful answers or better yet a polite phone call.Correct issues with the doctor's office.
