I tried returning a product, I emailed the tracking number and followed all of the companies requirements. I never received a refund.
I ordered a sample and did not realize I would later be charged over $80 for a sample. When I found out I returned the product on March 16th 2019. I emailed the company numerous times, sent the tracking number and filled all of their requirements. I was assured I would receive a refund within 4 weeks and still have not received anything. They claim the return was lost and when they tried to issue a refund it wouldn't go through. They have every excuse in the book.
I would like a refund and I would also like for this company not to be able to mistreat others in this way in the future.

I purchased two bottles of pills and a few weeks later this company went into my account several times to take out unauthorized transactions they took $79.96 out that I was not informed that they was gonna do so. I returned the product's to get a refund and its been weeks after I returned the products and still have not got my refund my bank informed me that after I returned the items and canceled they are still trying to take money from my account without permission. I have pictures of the unopened items as well as a tracking number that they did in fact get the return and are giving me the run around on refunding me.I have called and emailed several times talked to managers, supervisors and no refund.
