I purchased a product & later returned it. The address is P.O. Box which UPS doesn't deliver to. They won't give me a refund. I have proof of delivery
I purchased a product, sort of like a herbal supplement through one of those trial periods & later returned it. They sent me an email with an RMA# and address to return it to. The address they gave me was P.O. Box which UPS (the carrier I chose) doesn't deliver to. I was unaware of that. So I call them explaining the situation and said that it was postmarked in the mail on 1/26/19. They said they never received it to contact UPS to try to get this situation resolved. I contacted UPS and they said that they don't delivery post marked mail and/or packages to a P.O. Box. I tried to understand by saying how can my parcel be delivered then if it had a P.O Box? UPS said they did obtain more detailed information from a physical address. It was delivered to someone by February 2, 2019. So I called these people back from where I originally purchased the product. The customer service agent was very rude and argumentative with a stern voice saying they won't give me a refund because they didn't receive it. I told them I have proof of delivery that this had been delivered. They told me the same thing. I have proof of delivery by UPS. By that time I hung up the phone and don't know what to do now. I sent them there product back to P.O. Box. Granted I was unaware of UPS then they should have contacted me or sent it back so I can resolve it. Now I have a package that's lost in the mail, I'm out $89.95 for the product that I was charged for, and they don't honor the refund.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a refund in the form of payment I paid of $89.95

With regards to your experience with our call agent, we do apologize and want you to know management has been notified and the agent will be coached appropriately.

I have reviewed your account and it was successfully cancelled as of 01/22/19 and a refund was issued in the amount of $89.99 via echeck to your email address in order to resolve the issue.

I am very sorry that UPS did not inform you they do not deliver to a post office box and we did not receive your product return.

Received refund Echeck

Advertising a 30 day risk free trial but after 14 days charges the full price of the product, before the trial is half over.
I ordered the trial on March 31st, 2019 and I received 30 days of product about 10 days later. The label had multiple warnings about diabetics and the dangers to them so I could not take the product. I waited about a week to find that my bank card was charged an additional $123CDN funds. I emailed and cancelled my product trial on April 18th which turned out to be well within the 14 days that I had the product in my possession. When I called I was told that they fine print said all this stuff about having to cancel prior to the 14 days are up but I didn't see it anywhere.

Desired Outcome

I have t have my $123CDN funds money returned that was taken from my bank account without authorization.
