I got excellent customer service from Health Evolution Tech. They were very quick to answer their emails. I had also gotten efficient service when I called even though I had lots of questions. I had no problems at all getting my product from them and got it quicker than expected. Their follow up was great as well.

If you are in the market for a biofeedback machine, do yourself a favor and contact this company. Not only is the staff filled with people of high integrity, they are responsible, return phone calls and emails promptly, are willing to work with you, are knowledgeable not only about the biofeedback machine but can also answer all computer questions pertaining to the software and installation.
