To Whom this may Concern, I am writing you to respond to a complaint from Mrs [redacted] We did research her complaint and found that she never provided us with the corrected insurance number for [redacted] She was originally billed back on November 26th in which we never heard back from Mrs [redacted] We continued to send her multiple invoices and again no responseShe finally contacted our billing department in February 2015, in which it was to late to bill her insurance company based on the day filing limit With this being said this claim is now well over a year oldEven with the corrected ID number we are unable to submit a claim to [redacted] based on their timely filing guidelinesIf you need any further information on this please feel free to contact me, my contact information is belowThank you for your time.Sincerely,-- [redacted] Site ManagerHealth Express [redacted]

The business response is untrueHealth Express at the time of original service was given a copy of my current insurance card(***)They used my old insurance info and billed *** who rejectedAs soon as I received the statement I both called and in writing on the back of the bill again gave them correct *** infoAs noted on the statement it was not rebilled until Feb *** asked for a statement that I repeatedly requested they sendEvery time I called the billing company they acted as if it was new info and said they would send to account management.How can you close a matter without checking validity of the responseThe bill will be paid by my insurance if they take the time to talk to them and send written info as requested.I am a nurse I have always had insurance why would I not provide the info.As a billing company they should have known they were not resubmitting with in the days and provided the information that it had been incorrectly submitted to wrong insuranceWhen you enter the facility for service they take a copy of your insurance cardI believe the billing company just used our old info a=that was in the computer.Again Health service provided good care it the billing company that is in question.

Even with the corrected ID number we are unable to submit a claim to [redacted] based on their timely filing guidelines.
