Billing is a constant issue with HEALTH First even when I call to rectify the issue with my HEALTH insurance
I called Aetna about the payment not made for the June 7, I was advised that the deferral had not submitted by my PCP I called HEALTH First advised them about this deferral to my pain management Office I also advised DrO*** when I went in for my month check up At this visit Dr O*** sent me to have a nerve test done by Dr S*** at HFMC I had the test done on 7/13/ I called Aetna in regards to this bill because it's not paid in Sept and Oct I was advised that is was because HFMC entered the deferral a month after I had the test done I also questioned Aetna about a second bill to pain management on 7/13/17, advised that their is no deferral I have been going to pain management for years and have never had billing issues before I called the office explain the situation to the person on 11/12\was told she did not understand I asked to talk to so

Falsely placed in collections
I had a procedure by Dr*** with Health First Medical Group in May I was told that they received approval from my insurance company *** prior to the procedureI was never told how much the procedure would cost, how much my insurance company was payingI was made to believe that my insurance company was paying for the procedure in fullSome time after the procedure was completed I began to receive bills in excess of $ I spoke to two separate representatives from the billing departmentI informed them that I only could afford a monthly payment of $They both told me that it was ok to make those payments
I made the $monthly payments every monthNever missed one paymentLast week I found out that I was placed into collectionsI don't understand how I was put into collections for make my monthly paymentsI feel that I was lied to and steered wrong by the billing department along with the doctors office staff

Hospital is refusing to file care charges with my health coverage (***) and simply sending my account to collections

I was making monthly payments on time (Documents attached) to health first and they sent me to collections
Monthly payments were being made to Health first medical every month since my surgery(documents attached)I made a payment in March, April, and May of through my HSA account, and on June 29, I tried to access my account to make a payment but my account had been deactivated by the billing department alreadyI then received a collections notice from Preferred CMS Incinforming me I had been sent to collectionsHealth First admitted to sending me to collections before the months end (June 27, to be exact), and admitted that bills should not go to collections until days after the last payment if the bill is being paid on, but has yet to remove my account from collections, or return my phone calls to let me know what action is being taken after speaking to them several times

The online bill pay does not work and there is no help from customer service on this issue
I have repeatedly tried to pay my bill online starting on 2/22/and each time receive an error message asking to call customer serviceWhen I called the number listed on 2/23/the person who answered did not provide any assistance to rectify the problemI contacted the IT number listed on the web site the same day and reported the issueI was told that they would contact me regarding this issue, that was days ago
