Client [redacted] came into our office on July 13th, for a weight loss consultationHe met with Health Coach Cary, signed up for the program, leaving a happy client [redacted] came in with his wife (who did all the speaking for him) after the hour grace period asking for a refundWe gladly said we could help, however because it was past the hour buyer's remorse law, he would not get a full refundWe went over the agreement that he signed explaining that it wasn't a full refundI have attached it for your viewingWe told him he would get $1,back according to the terms of the agreementAt the moment, [redacted] agreed and gave us his card for the refund, but when we asked him to return all the product because it is a doctor supervised program, he refused and decided that he would do the programWe gave him his card back and he left with the product, once again, deciding that he would do the programA week later after coming in, on of our staff, Josselin, called him to follow up and offer supportHe did not answerJosselin left him a voicemail asking to call back with any questionsWe have not heard back from him since he came in to the office leaving the second time with the product

I am rejecting this response because:
The radio commercials said I would sit down with Dr***, never saw himThe program was sold to be very easy and simple, it was notI feel very misled with the hard sell approachThere was another couple there ahead of us that felt the same way and walked out very unhappy

[redacted] came in with his wife (who did all the speaking for him) after the 72 hour grace period asking for a refund. We gladly...

said we could help, however because it was past the 72 hour buyer's remorse law, he would not get a full refund. We went over the agreement that he signed explaining that it wasn't a full refund. I have attached it for your viewing. We told him he would get $1,100 back according to the terms of the agreement. At the moment, [redacted] agreed and gave us his card for the refund, but when we asked him to return all the product because it is a doctor supervised program, he refused and decided that he would do the program. We gave him his card back and he left with the product, once again, deciding that he would do the program. A week later after coming in, on of our staff, Josselin, called him to follow up and offer support. He did not answer. Josselin left him a voicemail asking to call back with any questions. We have not heard back from him since he came in to the office leaving the second time with the product.
