Poor service Unit was not clean or totally functional
The problem: The unit was not clean nor was it completely functional The oven had burnt food on the bottom of it The carpet was not clean The TV would not stay on A work order was put in for this It was fixed then it stopped working the same night The kitchen facet was broken This was also fixed The back door came off the roller I was charged a cleaning fee of per days and no one cleaned the unitI called the front desk on 7/@ 3:pm, 7/@ 6:pm, again on 7/@ 11:am to speak to a manager for a partial refund No one would speak to me or return my calls Very disappointed in product and service

As a result of reservation issues on behalf of the resort club the reservation mgr agreed to grant a full refund but has failed to reverse the charges
Reservations were made at this resort from August to August and was paid in full at the time reservations were made I called and spoke with the reservation manager on August to ensure that the sleeping arrangements would suit our needs since I was traveling with seniors an infant and small children *** the reservation manager assured me that the rooms would be set up *** the reservation manager assured me that the rooms would be set up to meet our needs per my request He also told me that he documented my count in the notes section so that they would not be any confusion during the cheprocessOn August when I arrived I was immediately told that The villa that I requested was not available even though they acknowledge the notes in the notes section Furthermore I was told that there were no villas availa
