This is a response from the rude unreasonable and selfish neighbor of Ms ***Ms *** called and requested Mr *** with his Tree Service to come to her home in Mt Washington for an emergency tree removalMs *** had a large tree next to her house had been damaged by a stormThe tree had partially fallen in her yard and landscapingMs ***’s hired Mr *** and his crew to remove the fallen section of the tree away from her home, prune the rest of the remaining tree next to the house and haul off all the debriWhen Mr *** arrived on August 1st, he and Ms *** meet to go over what needed to be done and her options to get the tree pruned and all the debri hauled offMr *** gave Ms *** options to choose fromThe first option would be to prune the tree by handThis would mean that a climber would have to physically climb into the tree and prune the tree limb by limbThe process does prevent from any equipment and trucks from being drove into the yardsWhich eliminates any damages or ruts left in the yardThis process however does not much longer to do and therefore does cost a lot more money in laborMr *** explained option to her which would be to pull the tree truck into the yard where the tree can be pruned in half the timeCutting her labor cost in half and saving her over $Mr *** explained to Ms *** that he was not responsible for any damages that his equipment or truck would cause to the yardThe ground was a little soft from the storm a few days priorHe also explained that since his truck was so big, heavy and long, he would cross over into the neighbors yard and would need the neighbors permission or for her to accept responsibility for any damages to their yard as wellMr *** suggested option so she would not have to worry about any damages but she said it would be okShe had already talked to her neighbor about having a tree service come out to remove and prune her tree and that they said it was ok to pull into their yard if they needed tooMs *** choose to go with option and would take care of any damages to her neighbors yard that was caused by the tree service equipmentTherefore, Mr *** drove his truck into the yard and pruned Ms ***’s large tree that had been damaged by the storm and removed all the debri from her propertyAt the time of payment Ms *** had made a comment to Mr *** that the ruts in the yard we're deeper than she had expectedThat her neighbors were going to be so mad at herShe knew that their would be some ruts but didn't think they would be so deepMs *** continued to tell Mr *** about how she lived on fixed income and had to use some of her savings just to get the tree taken care of but was so afraid it was going to damage her house that she just didn't have the money to hire a law care service to bring dirt in to fix the ruts in her neighbors yardMr *** felt sorry for Ms *** and told her that he was not responsible for any damages but since she was so sweet and nice he would try to come out on his day off from work and help get her some dirt and maybe some seed and straw for freeThat he was going to be getting some loads of dirt in the next month or two to fix his own personal yardHe would bring some out and fix it if that was ok with her and her neighborThat if they needed it done right away, she would have to hire someone but if they were willing to waitHe would come out and take care of it for her as a charity dealIf her neighbor was not ok with that, then she would still be responsible for the yard damage and have to hire a lawn care serviceMr *** told Ms *** that he still believed that there was good people in the worldThat if he does this charity work for her, maybe she can pass the kindness and do something nice for someone elseMs *** was very grateful for Mr ***’s offer of charity workMs *** then paid and signed the sales ticket for Mr ***’s tree service work performed at her homeNo where on the sales ticket does it state that Mr *** is responsible for any yard damages or that he would be paid to come back and do any yard workThe dirt from Mr *** for Ms *** would be done on Mr ***’s own personal time as charity work in his own personal vehicleMr *** told Ms *** that if her neighbor wanted to talk to him, that it was ok with himWhich the neighbor Mr Bill *** did call a couple days later after he had talked with Ms ***Mr *** was not surprised that he calledThe conversation with Mr *** went goodHe was short on the phoneJust wanted to make sure he would be coming to put dirt back in the ruts from the truckMr *** explained to Mr *** that he was doing this as a charity case for Ms *** to save her some money so she would not have to hire a lawn care serviceMr *** explained to Mr *** that it wouldbe ??" days before he would be able to get out to his house and bring any dirtThat he was really backed up with tree work and didn't know for sure when he would be able to come out but would call him or just to call him back later in a couple weeks to see when he would be able to get some dirtMr *** told Mr *** that it could be a while before any dirt would be available to purchase since the ground was so wetTrucks at the queries that sell dirt could not get in to get any dirt because they were getting stuckMr *** was ok with it, he just wanted his yard fixed before the fall and was ok with waitingMr *** called Mr *** at his home on August 1st and talked to his wife about when he would be coming out with some dirt to fix the ruts in his yardThat Mr *** had promised him that he would bring some dirt out and fix some ruts in his yardMrs *** told Mr *** that her husband always keeps his promises and would talk to him about it when he got in from workOn August 3rd, Mrs *** called Mr *** at his home at 8:in the morning telling him that her husband has his personal truck with some dirt in it and asked if it was ok if Mr *** come out and filled in the ruts that he had promised to fix for himThat he wanted to keep his promiseMr *** said that was great and to come on outTherefore Mr *** went out to Mr ***’s home with a truck of dirt that he had bought for his own yard, straw and seed to do his charity work for Ms ***Just trying to do a good deed for a sweet older ladyMr *** took a friend with him to help with all the dirt since it was so very heavy and hard workMr *** and his friend unloaded large wheel barrel loads of dirt into the ruts that his truck made just like he promised Mr *** he wouldMr *** and his friend noticed that there were some other smaller ruts made in the yard which look like it was from a lawnmowerPart of the yard had a slight slope to it which looked like it held waterMr *** and his friend were going to put a couple more loads of dirt in the lawnmower tracks just to be nice but they stopped working when they heard a woman come out of the house screaming at themApparently this was Mrs ***She was ranting and raving, swinging her arms and yelling at both Mr *** and his friend that this work would just not doThat she was not paying for thisMr *** tried to explain to her that she did not have to pay him anythingThis was a favor for their neighbor Ms ***She just kept screaming and yelling then started threatening Mr *** that she was going to sue him if he didn't fix all the ruts in the yardMr *** tried again to explain to Mrs *** that he was only there as a favor to fix the ruts that Ms *** was responsible for; not the ruts from the lawnmowerThis just made her more madMrs *** stared screaming again and waving her phone in Mr ***’s face and in his personal space making him feel very uncomfortableMr *** then told Mrs *** that he kept his promise and filled in the ruts his truck made and was not going to do her entire yard for her for freeHe also told her that he even brought her seed and straw to put over the new dirt for free but since she was clearly not in her right mind that they were leavingIf Mrs *** had just came outside in a nice voice and asked Mr *** to put a few extra wheel barrels of dirt in the lawnmower ruts, Mr *** would of happily done so but Mrs *** came out of the house with a mean and hateful tone insteadThe fact that Mr *** is trying to get Mr *** and his tree service in trouble is just terribleMr *** has been in the Tree Service business for over years and have never received a complaintHe takes great pride in making sure all his customers are fully satisfied with his workMr *** is trying to take advantage of Mr ***’s kindness by using empty threats to get his entire yard fixed instead of hiring a professional lawn care serviceThis is a perfect example of a person trying to take someone’s kindness as a weaknessMr *** is confused in thinking that Mr *** owns a lawn care serviceHe does not, nor has he everHe owns a tree service which is not responsible for any damages done to any yardThat is the homeowner’s responsibilityMr *** regrets in ever making a promise to Ms *** to help her out by bringing her over any dirtHe should of just let her contact a lawn care service herself and stayed out of itMr *** has gotten caught up in a nasty feud between two neighbors and hopes that the Revdex.com will do the right thing and not let a nasty neighbor run a good person’s name through the mud just because he refused to work for them for free

This is a response from the rude unreasonable and selfish neighbor of Ms [redacted]. Ms [redacted] called and requested Mr [redacted] with his Tree Service to come to her home in Mt Washington for an emergency tree removal. Ms [redacted] had a large tree next to her house had been damaged by a storm. The tree had partially fallen in her yard and landscaping. Ms [redacted]’s hired Mr [redacted] and his crew to remove the fallen section of the tree away from her home, prune the rest of the remaining tree next to the house and haul off all the debri. When Mr [redacted] arrived on August 1st, he and Ms [redacted] meet to go over what needed to be done and her options to get the tree pruned and all the debri hauled off. Mr [redacted] gave Ms [redacted] 2 options to choose from. The first option would be to prune the tree by hand. This would mean that a climber would have to physically climb into the tree and prune the tree limb by limb. The process does prevent from any equipment and trucks from being drove into the yards. Which eliminates any damages or ruts left in the yard. This process however does not much longer to do and therefore does cost a lot more money in labor. Mr [redacted] explained option 2 to her which would be to pull the tree truck into the yard where the tree can be pruned in half the time. Cutting her labor cost in half and saving her over $500. Mr [redacted] explained to Ms [redacted] that he was not responsible for any damages that his equipment or truck would cause to the yard. The ground was a little soft from the storm a few days prior. He also explained that since his truck was so big, heavy and long, he would cross over into the neighbors yard and would need the neighbors permission or for her to accept responsibility for any damages to their yard as well. Mr [redacted] suggested option 1 so she would not have to worry about any damages but she said it would be ok. She had already talked to her neighbor about having a tree service come out to remove and prune her tree and that they said it was ok to pull into their yard if they needed too. Ms [redacted] choose to go with option 2 and would take care of any damages to her neighbors yard that was caused by the tree service equipment. Therefore, Mr [redacted] drove his truck into the yard and pruned Ms [redacted]’s large tree that had been damaged by the storm and removed all the debri from her property. At the time of payment Ms [redacted] had made a comment to Mr [redacted] that the ruts in the yard we're deeper than she had expected. That her neighbors were going to be so mad at her. She knew that their would be some ruts but didn't think they would be so deep. Ms [redacted] continued to tell Mr [redacted] about how she lived on fixed income and had to use some of her savings just to get the tree taken care of but was so afraid it was going to damage her house that she just didn't have the money to hire a law care service to bring dirt in to fix the ruts in her neighbors yard. Mr [redacted] felt sorry for Ms [redacted] and told her that he was not responsible for any damages but since she was so sweet and nice he would try to come out on his day off from work and help get her some dirt and maybe some seed and straw for free. Ms [redacted] then paid and signed the sales ticket for Mr [redacted]’s tree service work performed at her home. No where on the sales ticket does it state that Mr [redacted] is responsible for any yard damages or that he would be paid to come back and do any yard work. The dirt from Mr [redacted] for Ms [redacted] would be done on Mr [redacted]’s own personal time as charity work in his own personal vehicle. Mr [redacted] told Ms [redacted] that if her neighbor wanted to talk to him, that it was ok with him. Which the neighbor Mr Bill [redacted] did call a couple days later after he had talked with Ms [redacted]. Mr [redacted] was not surprised that he called. The conversation with Mr [redacted] went good. He was short on the phone. Just wanted to make sure he would be coming to put dirt back in the ruts from the truck. Mr [redacted] explained to Mr [redacted] that he was doing this as a charity case for Ms [redacted] to save her some money so she would not have to hire a lawn care service. Mr [redacted] explained to Mr [redacted] that it wouldbe 30 – 45 days before he would be able to get out to his house and bring any dirt. That he was really backed up with tree work and didn't know for sure when he would be able to come out but would call him or just to call him back later in a couple weeks to see when he would be able to get some dirt. Mr [redacted] told Mr [redacted] that it could be a while before any dirt would be available to purchase since the ground was so wet. Just trying to do a good deed for a sweet older lady. Mr [redacted] took a friend with him to help with all the dirt since it was so very heavy and hard work. Mr [redacted] and his friend unloaded 7 large wheel barrel loads of dirt into the ruts that his truck made just like he promised Mr [redacted] he would. Mr [redacted] and his friend noticed that there were some other smaller ruts made in the yard which look like it was from a lawnmower. Part of the yard had a slight slope to it which looked like it held water. Mr [redacted] and his friend were going to put a couple more loads of dirt in the lawnmower tracks just to be nice but they stopped working when they heard a woman come out of the house screaming at them.
