To Whom It May Concern, We at [redacted] Fitness and Training Center ( [redacted] ) are happy to report that we were able to speak directly to the consumer on September 13, 2016, providing our apology for this situationUpon listening to the consumers’ expressed recall and experience of such events, [redacted] acknowledged the validity to this specific complaint, agreeing with no dispute to provide a refund in the amount of $Due to the nature of such transaction, we requested the assistance of the consumer, as both our center and the consumer agreed that our center had no evidence of the consumers’ stated date of last complaint reportedly made on October 12, to our center Upon investigation, [redacted] confirmed that a billing error was made since the initial/only visit by the consumer to [redacted] on August 10, We did assist the consumer with his specified refund of $for the dates billed; 8/11/and 9/11/Both parties agreed that the consumer would confirm with his credit card company and contact our specified [redacted] agent directly should any further disputes related to this specific situation occur Thank You, Jay D [redacted] Fitness and Training Center [redacted] *** [redacted] ***
