The consumer called to give response over the phone: The consumers had done business with the company (the father) for a very long time We really felt we were mislead when the system was installed We were unhappy with it from day and we called them right awayWe were
told just give it some more time We were also told they would contact us after the holiday We called many times with no returned calls and we finally had to contact another company to serviced the reverse osmosis unitThat's when we were told we did not need the system as it was taking out all the minerals, good and bad The system was disconnected and a water purifier was put in and we have been very happy with it My main issue is why were our calls ignored and why did they not try to work with us after being loyal customers for so long

Response taken by phone:  I installed the whole house system which involved considerable time, effort, expense and plumbing in the customer's house in May of 2016.   She wanted the system to soften the water and improve the overall quality.  It does all of this as promised. She contacted me months later indicating that she was dissatisfied with the feel of the water, at which time she asked for her money back.  This is a permanently installed capital improvement and we cannot uninstall it and refund her money.  It is disappointing to us that others have intervened to mislead the costumer on the quality of our product in order to capitalize on her perceived dissatisfaction, just to sell their product.
