I ordered a trial of Complex Keto Cleanse from this company which was 2 bottles at shipping cost only, which came to $14.08. When I ordered online I was told I would receive a confirmation email, which I never received. When the bottles arrived there was no receipt of any kind in the package, only the bottles. Today 09/29/2020 while checking my bank account I found a pending payment for $89.65. I called the number my husband found on the bottle, which was printed so small he found it using a magnifying glass, and after waiting on hold for almost an hour I was told the payment was already in process and they couldn't do anything for me. I wasn't buying that excuse and told them so, after the woman put me on hold she said they would grant me a one time exception, refund my money and send a confirmation email. Again that never came.
When no email came I called my bank and was told there was nothing they could do until it posted then I could dispute it. No help as I really need that money. After checking my account again I found ANOTHER CHARGE for $87.43. I called the company again and a different representative told me they couldn't refund the charges even though I told her I already called once and was told they could. It was obvious she was reading from a script. After putting me on hold she said her supervisor okayed a one time refund of 35%. That was unacceptable, I got angry with her and after another hold it went up to 50%. Again unacceptable and more yelling ensued with another one time exception of 75%. I told her that if they were going 75% they would do 100% and that I was not taking anything less and refused to hang up until I got 100%. In the end I received the 100% refund with the promise to not take any legal action against them. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM TRYING TO BILK PEOPLE FOR THEIR MONEY!!!

Spammers. I get multiple emails per day from this company at my unpublished business email address.

These people are a bunch of thieves. I answered an ad for a free trial for power mind and fish oil for a shipping fee of $4.99 each. They left no way to contact back then 2 weeks later stole almost $200. out of my checking account. I called my bank and they said I had to call the co. They had the phone number for me because they were familiar with this co. because they do this stuff all the time. I called them twice and did get some of my money back but still lost $80. and that was for 2 small bottles. So even after refunding some of my money they still made out like bandits. This is a crooked co. and they should be locked up. Don't buy anything from these scammers.

SCAM! There's NO CONTACT information. No way to cancel orders!

I submitted a one-time order for Dolce Vita Skin Cream and kept getting orders from them to the tune of about $70 twice per month. I tried several times to have them stopped with no results other than continued shipments.
I called today and spoke with someone about sending the product back and all he wanted to tell me was that he would cancel all future orders and return my money for the last two orders. It will be interesting to see if he actually did it. I used the phone number on this web site.

Scam!!!! Zero stars. Ordered a sample for 4.95 and they charged my card $90 the next month and $95 month 2. I was an it and didn't double check my account right away. Had to file a fraudulent charges claim and cancel my card so they couldn't keep charging it. No website or accurate phone #. Never sent more product.

I bought under the name of Collagen Smooth. I purchased the FREE trial of Revital Eyes and Collagen Smooth for $4.99 S+H each. Not only did they spell my name wrong but after I received my purchase, I knew something was wrong. The trial sizes were very generous, not at all trial sizes. The packaging was very poor and I have 20/20 vision and still needed reading glasses to make out the ant sized instructions. Thankfully my gut told me to check into the company the next day rather than wait. I went to my email to pull up all of the emails they had sent and they were all gone. I know computers and emails do not just disappear. They were not in my trash, not in my old mail, nor my saved mail. Someone had been tampering with my email correspondence. I decided to check this company out and could not find anything with their name. Thankfully, I kept the shipping receipt and it had the address as 3201 W Hillsborough Ave Ste 1262 Tampa FL. That address brought me straight to this page. I guess this is the first complaint under the name Collagen Smooth but it certainly isn't the first complaint. I thankfully am not going to be out any money except the S+H as I can get to the bank in time. Hopefully, the Revdex.com will add Collagen Smooth to the list of names so others won't be taken advantage of. I did call the number listed and spoke with a nice lady but she could not find my information. She told me that it must be in another system that is down at the moment and once it is back up, she will give me a call. I'll get to the bank before she tries to charge my card again. I'm not an it!!!

Thieves, worst people to deal with, be careful they will tell you just pay for shipping and this $50 product is free and in a month they will send you the same one and bill you $82.63 and you can't return the product. STAY AWAY.

I KEEP RECEIVING ANDROXL IN THE MAIL. I DID NOT ORDER THESE. I HAVE CALLED THE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM TO STOP. THEY KEEP SENDING THEM. I DO NOT WANT THEM. NOT MUCH INFO IN PACKAGING.

I can't get ahold of anyone to stop receiving their products. I never signed up to receive anything but the sample.
